Out of all the opinions floating around this last week about bailing out the Valley, etc, this one was the best.
Point #1 about SOX has been overlooked recently, when it clearly needs to be repealed. I also didn’t know that about the last Presidential summit being in ‘82 – that’s before many of the current early stage founders were even born, including everyone on our team.
